Orders & Delivery

How much is delivery?

Delivery is free on all UK orders over £30. For orders under £30, delivery is £3.95, charged at checkout.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We dispatch orders quickly, and you'll see an estimated delivery window on each product page before you buy. Most UK orders arrive within a few working days.

Can I track my order?

Yes. As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay, all through our secure checkout.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We're sorry! Get in touch through the form below with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we'll put it right quickly with a replacement or refund.

Shipping & Returns

Do you deliver outside the UK?

We currently deliver across the UK, and we're launching in Ireland, Germany and Australia during 2026. You can also find our products on Amazon in several countries.

What is your return policy?

You can return or exchange any item within 30 days of purchase, as long as it's unused, in its original packaging and in completely sellable condition. Change of mind returns incur a £4.95 return fee to cover postage. Newsletter subscribers enjoy free returns.

How do I return something?

Contact us using the form below with your order number, and our customer service team will take care of the rest. Once your return is approved, we'll send you the address to return your items to. Please contact us before sending anything back, as we can't refund returns that skip this step.

What about faulty items?

We'll replace any item that's faulty or not as described. Just include your proof of purchase and a clear photo showing the fault, and we'll sort it from there.

You'll find us on Amazon in the UK, Europe and North America, and from 2026 in independent stockists across the country.

How does Subscribe & Save work?

Choose Subscribe & Save on any product page, pick your delivery frequency (every 1 to 4 months), and save 15% on every order. Your products then arrive automatically, so you never run out of the essentials.

How much do I save as a subscriber?

Subscribers save 15% on every recurring order. It's the best-value way to shop with us, and you can pause, skip or cancel whenever you like.

Can I pause, skip or cancel my subscription?

Yes, anytime, with no long-term commitment. Log into your account and choose Manage Subscriptions to pause, skip a delivery or cancel. We also email you 48 hours before each renewal, so there's always time to make changes.

Can I change my products or delivery frequency?

Of course. In Manage Subscriptions you can add or swap products, change your delivery frequency and update your address. Changes apply to your next scheduled order.

How does subscription billing work?

Your saved payment method is charged automatically before each order ships. We email you 48 hours before every renewal, and if a payment ever fails we'll let you know so you can update your details without missing a delivery.

All of them. From laundry detergent to Swedish dishcloths, every product offers Subscribe & Save, and our 4L detergent refill is the most popular way to keep the essentials topped up.
