Refund policy
At The EcoGurus, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return your items within 30 days from the date your order was shipped.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email support@theecogurus.com. Our team will guide you through each step. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it and in a sellable condition. Please include your full name and order number inside the parcel. All returns must be submitted through our Royal Mail returns portal.
Returns Process
- Arrange a Royal Mail collection through our returns portal.
- Once your collection is booked, email your Royal Mail tracking number to support@theecogurus.com so we can monitor your return.
- When your item is received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria.
- You will receive an email confirming receipt of your return.
- Please allow 5–7 working days for your refund to be processed and issued to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we will resolve the issue quickly.

Take clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
Email them to support@theecogurus.com along with your order number and a short description.
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Items
Check your order confirmation to confirm the item differs from what you ordered.
Take photos of the incorrect item and any labels.
Email us with your order number and details.
We will send the correct item and provide return instructions if needed.
