Delivery Methods

All orders are shipped with Royal Mail using Tracked 48 services.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Shipping Rates

Free shipping applies to all orders over £20. Orders below £20 are charged at £3.95.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, we offer a free replacement or free return. Damage must be reported within 7 days. Contact support@theecogurus.com with your order number and photos.

Change of Mind Returns

You may return any product within 30 days of purchase as long as the item is unused, brand new and in sellable condition.

Return Costs

Return shipping is paid by the customer. We will send you a link to our Royal Mail returns portal. Once the returned item is received and inspected, the return fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Refunds are processed once the returned item has been approved following inspection. Any return fees will be deducted before the refund is issued. Refunds are sent to the original payment method.
