Delivery Methods
All orders are shipped with Royal Mail using Tracked 48 services.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Shipping Rates
Free shipping applies to all orders over £30. Orders below £30 are charged at £3.95.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, we offer a free replacement or free return. Damage must be reported within 7 days. Send clear photos of the product and packaging, along with your order number, through the form on our Contact Us page and we will put it right quickly.

Change of Mind Returns
You may return any product within 30 days of purchase as long as it is unused, in its original packaging and in completely sellable condition. Change of mind returns incur a £4.95 return fee to cover postage. Newsletter subscribers enjoy free returns. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Refunds
Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. Any return fee is deducted before the refund is issued to your original payment method.
