The EcoGurus Subscription Policy

The EcoGurus subscriptions make it simple to receive your favourite eco-friendly cleaning products on a regular schedule so you never run out. Here’s how it works.

 

1. Set up your subscription

• Browse our products and select the items you want to receive regularly.

• Choose the Subscribe and Save option on the product page.

• Select your preferred delivery frequency (for example, every 1, 2, 3, or 4 months).

• Add the item to your cart and complete checkout.

 

2. Manage your subscription

Log into your The EcoGurus customer account to:

• Adjust your delivery schedule

• Skip an upcoming delivery

• Add or swap products

• Pause your subscription

• Cancel at any time

There is no long-term commitment. Any changes you make will apply to your next scheduled order.

 

3. Enjoy savings and convenience

• Subscribers receive a discount on every recurring order.

• Orders are automatically processed, packed, and shipped to your chosen address.

• You will receive an email 48 hours before each renewal, allowing time to make any final changes.

 

4. Making changes to your subscription

Log into your account and select Manage Subscriptions.

From there you can update products, change your delivery frequency, or cancel a subscription.

Please note that changes must be made before your renewal date. If an order has already renewed and you need to amend or cancel it, contact our customer service team.

 

5. Billing and payments

• Your saved payment method will be charged automatically before each order is shipped.

• If a payment fails, we will notify you so you can update your details and avoid disruption.

 

6. Shipping and returns

• Subscription orders qualify for free shipping when they meet our minimum spend.
